When I look at Diego Najera I can see that this is a really special moment in his life and it reminds me of that stage in my career. I hold that period close to my heart and reliving it through Diego makes me excited to continue pushing my own skating.
I feel lucky to be the one to turn Diego pro, I’m fortunate that our paths crossed where I’m able to be involved in this part of his journey, and there’s extra dopeness because he’s a fellow Mexican so I feel really proud to have that connection with him. Congratulations, Diego!
